Hi Anu Akka, This is Aleena from Bangalore. My husband and I have attended all your webinars starting from pre-pregnancy till today’s starting solids.
We’re delighted to have made it this far and ever so grateful to you for your classes that helped us to take informed decisions all along the way. There are a few specific instances that I would like to mention here.
The exercises taught in labor-management classes were such a blessing to me. Your breathing techniques helped me manage the intense pain that lasted for hours.
Even though I had to undergo an emergency c-section, I had an easy recovery and returned to pre-pregnancy weight in just a week.
After delivery, my baby was given formula in the hospital and that continued for a month. I didn’t have the confidence to stop formula because every time my baby cried, my mind was formatted to think he was hungry. But from the day I attended the breastfeeding webinar till today, I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding my baby.
Thanks to all the tips you gave for increasing the milk supply. Thank you so much Akka for making a huge impact on my pre and post-pregnancy journey!! ❤️
